Counselling for Prospective Students
Matura, now what? The graduate counselling supports you with all challenges on your way to study or into the world of work. We visit schools throughout Carinthia and are represented at fairs to educate you about the possibilities after graduation. From studies to career entry, volunteer work or language travel – we inform you about what you can do after graduation and answer all your questions directly on site. We advise you on the first steps after your decision making and guide you to the right places.
In the graduate counseling, we offer insights into everyday study life, help you with your choice of study and provide information on scholarships and grants. We are your first point of contact for questions about admission, enrollment, deadlines and bureaucratic matters to help you get started on your studies. At the beginning of each semester, we organize the “Info Days”, during which you can get advice on all your studies at the University of Klagenfurt. In addition, we also offer campus tours as part of the “Info Days” so that you can get to know the university and talk to students about your future plans.
Under the motto “Studieren Probieren” you also have the opportunity to try out courses. Accompanied by students, you attend a desired (online) course or take part in a (online) QA session. It also answers open questions about the study. Dates, information and registration can be found at www.studierenprobieren.at.
