Educational politics

The Department for Education Policy is your representation in student law and higher education policy matters at the university level. Our aim is to promote the participation and co-determination of students in educational policy issues and to raise their awareness of the issues and implications of higher education. As an advocacy group, we strive for a fair and high-quality education policy, support measures to improve study conditions and are committed to equal opportunities.

Our main task is to address educational policy aspects that have an impact on your study life. We advise and clarify relevant topics, being in close contact with the study department and the rectorate. We support other student representatives in legal matters and also assist you in legal matters during your studies with advice and deed. In addition, we provide information on current educational policy developments as well as on the potential impact of new regulations and legislative changes at the university level.

We organize events, workshops and panel discussions on educational policy topics and offer you the opportunity to actively participate in change. How? Through surveys, petitions or participation in the actions of our department. You can also get involved in various projects and working groups to represent your concerns and questions and thus have a direct influence on educational policy events.
